Hi guys, im getting married in may 2021 and wanted to send out save the dates. Obviously i unsure of how many guest can go or even if it will go ahead. Anyone have any ideas as to what to write on the save the date. Would you write somthing like goverment guidelines permitting. Anyone have any nicer ideas.

    Hi,
We are getting married in aug 2021 and we have just done our save the dates. Were hoping things will be back to normal (ish) so have sent them out how we were planning on before covid arrived (were trying to be very positive) so no covid related restrictions were included.
Then if things are still restricted nearer the time we will deal with it then with the invites etc People will understand at the time if you have to limit numbers. We have done small fridge magnets and put a note with them saying "a little something to remind you to save the date, as we would love for you all to be able to attend our special day" (words to that affect anyway lol) Hope this helps

Hi there, sorry to hijack the thread - I was wondering how big your save the date fridge magnets are and where you got them from? I've been thinking about doing something similar for our wedding. We're also getting married next year and keeping our fingers crossed that things are more normal by then too!

    Hi
    They arnt massive, about 6cm x 4cm.
Got the blank magnets from e bay (think they were about £10-12 for 25) then designed the inside on the computer and printed ourselves. Did have a picture but cant find it lol if I can find it I'll post it x
