Save the date template - photo booth style

Hi all,

I have seen some save the dates somewhere which look like a photo booth template with pictures of you on saying save the date and your wedding date, where I can not remember. Does anyone know of anywhere where I could get a similar template and then make my own, I am not very good at templates on a computer but would really like to make these. Thanks all xxx

Not sure where to get the template from but my SIL2B got her save the dates from ebay and they have a picture of her and her fiance on them.
