Hey everyone! We are getting married Oct 2025 and I have never planned a party never mind a wedding!

We are only having a small wedding (50 day and around 80 evening), and I think majority already know that they're invited!

I was just wondering when I should send Save the Dates out? I was thinking later this year around Nov/December and then sending the invites out April-ish next year or is that too soon?

Also, any advice where to go for save the dates to be printed out?

We sent our Save the Dates out 1 year before the date, and then the invitations went out 5 months before the date. We had to get final numbers to the venue quite early, otherwise perhaps we could have left it another month for the invitations.
We have a couple of guests who are travelling from abroad, so we did give them informal email Save the Dates as soon as we had booked the date, just so that they had as much notice as possible.
We printed our Save the Dates and invites through Vistaprint. Excellent service and quality. I designed them myself through Canva.
