Scratch cards as favours

lavender-to-be, 22 February, 2009 at 14:13 Posted on Planning 0 1

I'm planning to give scratch cards as favours for the male guests. Does anyone know if there is such a thing as a scratchcard in aid of charity, rather than just the normal lottery ones?

I've never heard of anything like that. If you want to support a charity, you're better off buying charity pins. Most charities will sell you ones that are on a special wedding card as they know people buy them as favours. HTH.

I think some of the profits from any lottery game goes towards charities and funding, but I don't think there is a specific one unless they are doing a scratchcard for comic relief perhaps.

I think the only down side to giving scratchcards/tickets is that I'd be sick as a parrot if anyone won a substanstial sum, I have to write up some terms and conditions just in case ?
