Seamstress recommendations in London

Hi,

I have just bought the Carlotta Bridal dress from Monsoon. http://uk.monsoon.co.uk/view/product/uk_catalog/mon_4,mon_4.1/3531574608

Could anyone recommend a very good seamstress/alterations place in London (preferably city centre or southwest). I need the hem taken up which includes an outer lace layer and a very small adjustment for the lace sleeves. It's two weeks before the wedding.

    I can highly recommend Busting Diva, who are a company that have seamstresses who will visit you at home (or work) for fittings.

    I'm in NW London, and they have done the somewhat complex adjustments to my dress. The seamstress who I dealt with was lovely, and offered lots of helpful advice.

    The price was also really reasonable given the amount of work I had done.

    Thanks so much. I'll give them a call tomorrow! If anyone knows of any recommendations for Balham / Tooting area that would be great too in case I have left it too late for Busing Diva

    I don't know Balham/Tooting well at all (I'm a serious believer in 'don't go south of the water'... haha!), but I looked into Bridal Alterations Ltd, who are in Battersea. They looked good. Maybe worth a try?
