Sending messages to guests?

Hi

How do I use the website to send messages to guests who have RSVPd? Eg to say hi everyone the menu is now in the information section, please email us at .. with your choice? I can only see the options to send an invitation or RSVP request?!

We wanted to do the same but couldn't find a way! I think it is because we were on the free version so you don't get that capability unless you have paid for the upgraded version. If they have already RSVP'd I think the only option is to send an email to them with the choices and ask them to reply to you with their picks which you can then add to a spreadsheet. Or, you could un RSVP them (may take a time as you would have to go in to each guest profile and change status back to pending) and add your menu choices in and ask then to re RSVP and pick the menu. We ended up emailing, which worked well as we then had a record of them picking their meal to avoid any issues, but still took time to manually update our spreadsheet!
