sending save the dates

Tanya, 6 February, 2025 at 23:01 Posted on Planning 0 2
I'm excited to be sending out save the dates for my wedding this July 2025 in the UK! However, I can't help but wonder if five months is a bit too late. Am I cutting it close? Feeling a little worried!

No 5 months is fine for save the dates Smiley smile

Look to send your formal invitations between 2-3 months before the wedding, depending on if you are having just all day guests or not. If just all day guests, you can leave your formal invites until quite late (but definitely minimum 1 month out). However, if you are planning on doing evening only guests as well, I would send out invitations in "waves". Start 3 months out with your all day guests, then send out evening guests later. I hope this makes sense!.
