Setting up a Ltd company

I need to set up a Ltd company and in the past my accountant has done it for me but my new accountant (who I actually don't really like) charges £350 and my old one was £125 9i can't use him as he's the one who committed fraud).

So, short of finding a new accountant what are the options? I have googled and there's lots of companies that do it online like

(note these are just the top 3 I haven't looked in detail) and i just wondered if they are ok to use or if it's rather dodgy? Has anyone used an online company? I can't see that it's rocket science so I'm just wondering what the dangers are? All I want is the Ltd registered with companies house I don't want a bank account etc.
