Shoe Clips

Mrs Bass, 4 of September of 2013 at 14:57 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 3

For my 30th next month (eeek) I am having a 1930's themed party. By this point I will be 8 months pregnant (double eeeks!)

Instead of splashing out on new (probably uncomfortable) art deco styled shoes, I thought i would either buy some comfy shoes or use an exsisting pair and add art deco style clips.

Has anyone used shoes clips before, do they stay in place? are they comfy? what is the average cost for them?

Has anyone seen any art deco style ones on their travels? Or can you recomend where to look for them?

Thanks!

    Ooh try ebay.

my mum got some from ebay that she wore to my wedding. Unfortunately no pics of her shoes were taken on the day, haha! She had bought some new, black Mary Portas Clarks shoes and added a clip that was similar to the jewellery she was wearing (clip on front of sjoe) They stayed in place all day and night and were comfortable. Think she paid about a fiver for them?

ive since seen some gorgeous bow type ones (that go on the back), but have no occasion to wear them!
