Show Me Show Me Your Shoes.

MrsF2Bee, 10 August, 2014 at 19:40 Posted on Planning 0 71

I was set on having Rainbow Club Gala, I love them.
However, yesterday I went to get my measurements at the dress shop and she advised unless I absolutely am head over heals with the shoes too look elsewhere. Rainbow clubs ivory is more than likely a different ivory to my dress and they don't stretch as the fabric they come in.

Part of me still wants these shoes, who will see the colour anyway! But I'm looking at others in the mean time just to be sure!
So flash me yours...

Hehe, September brides and shoe twins! Love it! I was sure i'd be wearing the high heel version (i have them too!) but wearing them when I went dress shopping made me realise I was going to be wearing them for 12 hours, I definitely needed the lower ones! I have this style in at least 5 colours as well as these! Hehe. And the same with the higher heel! They are slightly different though, they're the only lower ones with a strap. As you can probably tell, I love them!

These are my shoes, they were a bargain! Had them from Nine West and they should have been £100 but one is a little dirty and has a mark so they were reduced to £17.50! I figured they will be more dirty by the end of the day anyway!

Wprroed anoit falling over as they're so high, will probably have them off after an hour! Xx

Mine are the Red or Dead Lindy Hop Glitter shoes in silver. I'd always known I wanted these shoes but had been putting off buying them as it was so early. But then I randomly checked one day and they were on half price, so I had to buy them! They went out of stock the next day and so far haven't been restocked 2 months on, so I think it was fate that I checked the website that day Smiley smile

Low heel so I'm hoping to wear them all day, and so so sparkly Smiley laugh

I ended up getting some hand made by a lady in the US and I collected them when I was over there on holiday! My dress is tea length so they'll be on show. Dress is lace with sparkle and I'm wearing jewellery and hair accessory with pearls and diamante.

I LOVE badgley mischka shoes! Fell in love with so many pairs in my early planning (damn pinterest) but after not being able to find any in the UK I had to reassess things!

Hope your BM can bring you some back and you love them as much in the flesh!

These are mine, I'm totally in love with them. Not put them on for a year now so need to start wearing them in. Had a total bargain when in New York last year. They were $350 down to $75 and I had some discount vouchers to use at Saks. They weren't made available in the UK so hopefully very few shoe twins.

    They're so comfortable!!!

Was just about to say the same thing!!! yay for Kate Spade twins. I made a mad dash to their Covent Garden store after work (from Manchester!) and was there for a total for 10mins - very expensive way to buy shoes.

I'm wearing mine in with very attractive socks at the moment, but trying not too wear them too much as I don't want to rub all the Kate Spade name away haha

Hahahaha love this!!! I had originally bought yours in Silver, well sent MIL hunting for them when she was in the US, before the CG store opened last year but she erm got the English and US sizes mixed up so they had to go back. I was devastated!!! Her shoes are fabulous. Got my final dress fitting next Monday so will be flitting around the dress shop in them

I have no shoes yet. Kind of torn between getting an ivory Mary Jane with a low heel or something silver (but not glittery) to match the bag I've bought. My dress and accessories are 60s style so I have looked a lot of vintage shoes, but so many of them just look kind of square and unflattering. I think this may be one area where I can't buy vintage.

Those are lovely - but I feel like in a short dress in January, I might feel a bit bare with open toed shoes as well! I haven't looked at NOTHS for shoes though, so I will do that right now Smiley smile

My shoes are quite dull compared to some of these beauties. But as it's a winter wedding, I had to think sensible and closed in, so these are they:

I am, however, adding some shoe clips to add a spot of sparkle (sample pic below).
