However, yesterday I went to get my measurements at the dress shop and she advised unless I absolutely am head over heals with the shoes too look elsewhere. Rainbow clubs ivory is more than likely a different ivory to my dress and they don't stretch as the fabric they come in.

Part of me still wants these shoes, who will see the colour anyway! But I'm looking at others in the mean time just to be sure!
So flash me yours...

Mine. Cost £17 in the next sale. Got minging on the day, on account of me wearing them to a nightclub later on, and so they have since remained in their box, only to be brought out at times of reminiscence, never to be worn again.

PS - mine are the ones with the heels.

Loving all these amazing shoes. I bought my third pair this week - oops. First pair - too high and couldn;t wear them all day let alone walk down the aisle in them. Second pair pinch a bit. Third are Rachel Simpson Violets so hopefully will be like slipper socks lol.

Just a word of advice for brides with high heels planning on switching to flats later - remember the effect it has on your dress length. If you go from 6" heels to flats, your dress becomes 6" too long, and if you have a hoop that is less than the height of your heels off the ground when wearing them, you're also at risk of having your hoop on the ground - just worth bearing in mind. It's why I'm trying to find shoes I can wear all day and all night. x

Mine were from Debenhams, around £20 as I recall. I had an early ceremony given it was a winter wedding, so I had them on from about 11am until I finished dancing around 2am :-) Super comfy and actually survived really well so that I can wear them again.
