show me your tiara!! - updated - HIBS please.....

chicken82, 31 January, 2009 at 20:19 Posted on Planning 0 21

I would like to see what styles there are ......and maybe you could tell me the price too?

Thanks for all your pics, and to those of who gave me links.

I think they are all beautiful. Can anyone tell me what type of thing i should be looking for metal and material wise? I tried a couple on which were just so shiny compared to my dress, that it looked terrible. My dress has pearls on it too. Thsi is about as close up a pic as i have.

Any more hibs with websites?

but you really don't want to know the price!

Or you can look at my website for inspiration and prices. I won't post my website as you didn't ask for hib's but you might already know it.

    Hi there,

My website is www.louloubelle.co.uk if you'd like a look.

I'd be happy to design something for you but something along the lines of "Elizabeth" (shown below) might be suitable. It incorporates both freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystals and the curved stems echo the design on your bodice.

How you are planning to wear your hair will also affect the style of tiara you should go for.

    Hi Lucy

I'm 99% sure my wedding dress from 2006 is right behind you!! does the shop sell AnuPam?

    I would definately go for a sparkly crystal/diamante tiara. Here are a couple of suggestions. I can't seem to add photos anymore!!;

    http://www.the-jewel-factory.co.uk/products/Tiara15(4).jpg £60 not £70 as shown

    http://www.the-jewel-factory.co.uk/tiaras3.php# Tiara 26 £65.00

    http://www.the-jewel-factory.co.uk/tiaras4.php# Tiara 39 £55.00

Let me know if I can help atall

    Mel

    Hi,

My website is www.lynseysdesigns.co.uk. I'd stick with a silver band and silver wire and use a mixture of crystals and pearls.

I have a delicate tiara with minimal beads but it can be made much fuller if you would prefer. This is £30 and wouldn't cost heaps more for more detail. I think this would really suit the detail on your dress with the curves in the embroidery but I do think more wire work and beads around the actual band would be better.

I’d be happy to discuss a bespoke design with you, without any obligation, so feel free to drop me an email and we can chat about different materials and designs. My email is ******@**************.**.**.

    Hope that helps

    Lynsey x
