Skin care - No 7 or Liz Earle

CassieW, 24 October, 2008 at 01:49 Posted on Planning 0 5

Has anyone used these products? Which do you recommend? I have dry/normal skin & have used No 7 before & thought it was good. I am a final year student & obv have the wedding to pay for so can't afford too much - so is there much of a price diff?! I have no idea how long Liz Earle products last for.

Thanks

    Hi CassieW

Have just popped over from BT. Have used Liz Earle for years and wouldn't changed to any other skincare brand. Liz Earle's range is fantasic for dry/normal skin. I personally use Cleanse and Polish £10.75, Instant Boost Skin Tonic £10.75, Skin Repair Moisturiser £15.50. Also Liz Earle does trial sizes of everything starting from £4.50. The shelf life is 2 years for everything. Hope this helps

    Hi Cassie,

I don't know if this will help, but my hairdresser suggested that one of her other customers was going to go to Boots on the morning of the wedding to get her make-up done. Apparently, she had been in for a trial and because she didn't really want to but all the product, the girl in Boots suggested she made another appointment for the morning of the wedding and she could do the same make-up again. I think she said a make-up trial is £10.

Depends whether you might want to use your wedding as an opportunity to treat yourself to some new make-up though - I've not decided yet!

    Love Sara x

    Another Liz Earle fan!!

I think it's a comparable price to No7, but I far prefer Liz Earle. I've tried loads of different brands but always end up going back to Liz Earle.

I am a converted Liz Earle user, it's the only product I've found that my skin likes and I have dry and sensitive skin.

You can get everything you need for 36.95 and it usually lasts me about 2 months.

Sorry, I think I got mixed up - you weren't talking about make-up. That'll teach me to try to Hitch and work and the same time - should really stick to the working at work in give Hitched my full attention later!
