Because I'm bored and undermotivated at work, and in a weddingy mood today ... and let's be honest, love nothing more than showcasing my wedding plans ... here's what we have so far.
I'm so excited!
The night before the wedding, we've hired out this terrace:
(coincidentally - our TOG took that picture) and we'll have a Salsa instructor come along for some giggles, for anyone who is up for it.
The Venue - in the middle of nowhere, half way up a mountain in the South of Spain (about half an hour East of Malaga) about a 15 minute drive inland from the sea is this little old Mill, now used as a hotel / retreat venue (there's bells and buddhas and cushions on the floor all over the place!!) ...
When guests arrive, at about 16:15, there will be ...
and a Spanish Guitarist ...
The ceremony will be a Humanist ceremony, we're having loads of readings and a sand ceremony - we'll walk in to Eva Cassidy 'Songbird' and finish up with 'This will be (an everlasting love)' By Natalie Cole.
There's only about 45 mins between the ceremony and sitting down for dinner. Beyond the main garden is a 'secret' garden which is wooded, in which we will have our meal of Tapas, very relaxed, food coming out over the course of two hours, entertainment at the same time as the food.
This is our entertainment, she's brilliant, she's sung on Hed Kandi in the past and does great covers, very 'Radio one Live Lounge' style ... her and her partner also will do a Salsa set at some point

I'm yet to find accessories, really stuck on shoes (before I found my dress I wanted something a little bit funky, but the dress is so soft and white and billowy that I'm a little gutted that i might just have to get white shoes.)

Then ... after dancing and too much alcohol, we shall feed out guests Empanadas and Churros at about 11:30!
We're hoping for a beach party/bbq the next day.
