Class starts in three hours and it will be the first time I've been since 9th May! I actually can't believe it's been nearly two months, very scary. I'm sure I'll be back up to at least my starting weight, but I'm embracing my new found attitude and I'm not going to beat myself up about it...all that matters is that I'm doing something about it now, I can't change the last two months.
Anyway, I want to get back on the wagon with gusto ad starting tomorrow will be having zero syns for the first week as a bit of a kick start. I'm going with EE, so please share with me any totally free snacks, drinks, and meals for lunch/dinner. The only things I cannot stand are celery and grapefruit, so any ideas would be much appreciated!
