Slimming World and pregnancy / breast-feeding

Before I got pregnant I lost 1 stone 9lbs (started at 13 stone 9lbs and was 12 stone when I got pregnant) and had a stone to lose (target was 11 stone). Despite initailly hoping not to put on too much weight, I stood on the scales today and have gained almost 3 stone (now 14 stone 11 lbs). I know that I'm going to lose some after the baby is born, I think I'll lose 1-1 1/2 stone after the baby with baby weight, fluid, placenta etc. giving me 1 1/2-2 stone to lose after the baby arrives.

I'm keen to start as soon as I can with the Slimming World but have moved house since I left and there is no group near me. Is it worth joining on-line? Does anyone do this? What extra Health Extras/Syns can I have when pregnant and breast-feeding?

There a lady on a different forum I use and she followed SW through her pregnancy (with midwife's consent) and I'm sure you get an extra A and an extra B choice. - But I shall see if I can find out for you...

Have you tried extra easy?

Just found out you get 7 healthy extras. 3 A choices and 4 B choices a day.
