Well its pancake tuesday...and this morning I made SW 'magic porridge pancakes'
35g porridge oats (HEB)
Soaked in mullerlight (I soak mine overnight but some people only soak for half an hour)
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp sweetener
Mix all ingredients together & fry like normal pancakes in frylight. I make 8 small ones in the morning for breakfast & keep a couple by for a late evening snack.
Really filling & stops me snacking mid morning. I eat mine with strawberries & blueberries. Some people have been using the chocolate philedelphia as a topping (4.5 syns per 35g).
