Slimming world weetabix cake

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help out!

When I went to slimming world last year, there was a lady that did a weetabix cake, and it was lovely, not like weetabix at all, and I had the recipe but can't find it anywhere! I think it is a slimming world recipe, but can't find it on the website.

Can any of you SW people help me?

Not wheetabix but this is a fab and very quick albran cake similarly does not taste of all bran …..

6servings 3.5syns per serving

100g all bran

250ml boiling water

2 eggs

6 heaped tsp drinking chocolate

½ cup of sweetner (I don’t usually put this in if using highlite/ options I don’t find it

needs it)

Pour boiling water on all bran and mix well

Add eggs, drinking chocolate and sweetener mix until combined thoroughly

Put mixture in microwavable container

Microwave on high for 6 mins

Turn out and cool

Enjoy DD xx
