Small venue sussex

Hi, we have recently got engaged and planning on getting married just before Christmas.
We are doing a small wedding 20-25 people, but struggling to find a venue. I am looking for a space that we can do our own thing. Ideally allow outside catering, and own bar. Possibly a barn, but not so big we would be lost in it! Any Sussex area, or at a push kent. Any recommendations?
