What about hiring an air BNB and then having a caterer come in? there are a lot of large houses that will cover up to 20 people, some with amazing grounds so you could have a lovely party outside and everyone can stay on site.

Where about are you? Depends how far you want to travel and if your guests will be prepared to. If you have a 3 day event then am sure people will travel. Cornwall/Devon are great if you look at the coast or you could look at Wales as there are some beautiful remote areas with stunning scenery

Sounds perfect, if you look at Cornwall look at south coast as is lest touristy, dependent on when you plan, as high season could be quite expensive. Also look at caterers in the area before you book so you know you will be able to cater. Good Luck

Also you could do registry office and then go to a pub. We have 25 guests and we got an "intimate wedding package" at our venue, lots of places do them, especially if they are in a weekday or in winter.
