Snowflake cake topper........help!!

nefertari, 14 October, 2008 at 21:49 Posted on Planning 0 6

Can anyone find me a really lovely and possibly sparkly snowflake cake topper? I am watching a couple on ebay but was wondering if any cake hibs could help me out? My local-ish shops and sugarcrafters aren't being very helpful - one actually told me that they can't make me a snowflake topper but they can make me anything else or sell me the bits to make a snowflake one myself ?

I have just over 7 weeks til the big day and panic is beginning to creep in for all the bits I have left until last lol

    Hi

    My best friend gets married in January and I am making her a snowflake topper and snowflake hair accessories for her BMs. This is what I have made for her flowergirl;

    The topper will basically be these exact snowflake shapes on wire stems along with some crystal wire stems.

    Email me if you'd like a price *****@*****************.**.**

    Oh they are pretty! Have already got my bridesmaid and flowergirl tiaras or I'd be after a couple of them!

    I was wanting something similar to http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&Item=200262200286&Category=57211

    It would be no problem to make a cascading topper. I could certainly put the handmade crystal snowflakes and crystals on spirals of wire rather than straight wire. I could also add some glittery white or silver snowflake shapes along with the handmade Swarovski crystal ones.

    Hi

    I have one like this:

    http://www.mangogems.co.uk/acatalog/Crystal_Explosion.html

    But it has little sparkly snow flake shaped crystals on the end of some of the strands.

    I'll try and get a piccie of it if it looks the sort of thing
