Iv been doing slimmers world for 13 weeks now and to date iv lost 2 stone 11lbs xxx

    Well done that is fantastic. You should be proud too! Iv lost 3 stone 4lbs so far on weight watchers, i need to lose 12lbs to be at goal! xx

    Keep going on. I lose weight at home by myself. but the effect is a little. only lose a little.
