Sri Lanka - Single status affidavit

Has anyone any help they can offer with a single status affidavit for Sri Lanka, travel company won't/can't provide a template and local sollicitors are reluctant to draw documents up , or if they will want an extorionate price as opposed to the £5 they want to witness us swear on oath. Any help would be appreciated

Have you tried posting on Sri Lanka forum on Trip Advisor?

Some good advice on there - Traveller Guy is pretty knowledgeable on all things Sri Lanka related.

We visited in 2007 - lovely place! ?
