Sunday weddings and suppliers

Ooh good question! It wouldn't be a problem for us and I guess most suppliers will be happy as they'll still have the Monday off! x

We're getting married on a Bank Holiday Sunday this year

We've had literally zero issue with any suppliers - our first choices have all been available

There should be no problem with it being a Sunday as such - but bank holiday week ends always get booked up first so the only problem you may have is getting your first choice suppliers. Although the sooner you book the better the chance you will have.

If wedding suppliers take issue with working weekends and bank holidays they're in the wrong business ?

We had no problem when we tried to get suppliers for Good Friday, we just struggled to find ones that weren't already booked up!

You won't have any problems, just be aware that you'll be choosing a peak date and so there will be less chance of discounts etc

A Bank holiday Sunday should be fine for most suppliers.

If it's the August bank holiday get in early as this date usually gets booked up way in advance.
