Superdrug is grim!!!!

I bought a mascara from Superdrug in a rush this week and didn't notice until I got home that the seal had been broken. I took it back where they refused to exchange it as they have a non-refund policy on make-up apparently. After half an hour of arguing about hygiene, I managed to get it exchanged. I went back in this morning and checked the rack and there it was ...... back for sale. Needless to say, I shan't be purchasing anything from them again!! Yukkier than a yukky thing ?

Their foot care cream is great for softening leather though.

They're right PITB when you want to take something back. I can't stand our local superdrug (although I prefer their products to boots) but it's only round the corner so for ease I do. I always complete the online questionnaire you get with your receipt to tell them how rubbish their shop is.

How do you know it was the same mascara back on the shelf and not another tube that had been opened by a customer?

I prefer Boots to Superdrug as I can get points but I wouldn't say it was grim. They have a fab offer on Nutri Summer atm - 50% off!

Mum and I are boycotting Boots (long story ? s I've started going to Superdrug more regularly and I think it's great. I think it's a bit cheaper than Boots over all too.

Because you can see where the sticker has been peeled off and there is a gloop of mascara on the side which I did when I pulled the wand out. Also, there were three left when I took my replacement and now there are four .......

The mascara thing is rank, but I do love Superdrug always way cheaper than Boots!
