Hello, I recently got engaged and have been looking at venues on here. I’ve contacted several to request pricing and it says they will respond within 24 hours however it’s been almost a week and I’ve not heard anything back. I appreciate this is a popular app and there may be a lot of interest but just wondering if anyone could shed any light on what the average response time is. TIA ✌🏻

    Have you contacted the venues directly?
    My sister had hit & miss luck contacting venues through Hitched, and Hitched didn’t have many venues in the area I got married in. Reaching out directly meant I normally got a response in 24/48hrs. Apart from one place, so that went very much into the no pile when they messed me about for a couple of weeks! 🙈
