Hi all. My mum has answered the survey/questionnaire on my website. I have received an email telling me she has responded, along with the email address she used, but it hasn't told me what options she chose! I want to use this for menu options. I can see the standard survey Hitched has used was for dietary requirements so i assumed i could see everyone's individual choices!
Please help!
