Today I have eaten: a cherry Mullerlight, several oranges, 2 x chicken drumsticks (skin off) 3 x Babybel Light as a HE.

Lunch: Jacket potato, low fat cottage cheese, tuna, sweetcorn.

Dinner will be SW homemade sausages (the ones you make with pork mince) with mash and tons of veg.

    Green day for me today.

    Breakfast/morning - fruit salad

Lunch - 2 slices of wholemeal toast (HeB) with tinned spaghetti. Probably a teaspoon of butter on each slice (2 syns). Either some cheese on the spaghetti or a small skinny latte from Costa as my HeA, haven't decided yet.

Dinner - Jacket potato with bean chilli, topped with cheese (HeB). Probably followed by a Muller Light and blueberries and/or banana

Anyone know how many syns peanut butter is? I have about half a tablespoon on one slice of toast for breakfast.

Lunch. I need some inspiration. Needs to be something I can get from Sainsburys.

Peanut butter is 4.5 syns per level tbsp.

When I have to buy food out, I normally go for a brown bread sandwich (and use my HeB, even though the slices are bigger than the small ones you should have - I cheat a little bit!) or a pasta salad on a green day, although I try to avoid the ones with lots of dressing, spicy tomato is a good choice.

Followed by muller light or fruit salad.

I'm not SW properly, just using your inspiration and upping my fruit and veg.

Breakfast this morning was ready brek with semi skimmed milk. About to have beans on toast for lunch with a snack of left over couscous with chicken, onion, mushroom, artichoke hearts and sundried tomatoes about an hour before I play squash. Dinner is homemade chicken noodle soup.

It's only because I take my SW book everywhere (bar the shower & the loo, that would be weird).

As calculated by Claire Numbers herself... I am having:

Breakfast: None because I don't have time!

Lunch: I've just had a Vegetable Cup A Soup (4 Syns) with a Wholemeal roll (HE B) and a Muller Fruit Corner (just the yoghurt not the fruit bit ?) 3 syns.

Dinner: Chicken kebabs (Plain of course) with a jacket potato and peas (all free) and then some cheese from HE A and some clover light.

    Yay, go me!
