Don't know if any of you remember me, haven't been on here in ages!!!!!!!!!!
I know the red/green day plan inside out and was wondering if anybody could explain extra easy to me? Is it just what's free on either days is free on extra easy? And are you only allowed 3 meals a day or is it still pretty much as and when you want.

(reason I ask, I'm thinking of getting my head back into dieting. Haven't attempted it since I had my gall bladder out before Christmas. - and the big trousers I had for after the surgery are starting to be worn a bit too often now!)
