SW - Ryvita question

Can someone please tell me how many Ryvita Original crispbreads count as a Healthy Extra B choice on the Slimming World plan? The website's drop down menu list seems to have them listed twice - once saying 2 count as a healthy extra, and the second, saying 4 slices!

Help!!!!

Strange that as it says the same in my book! listed as a grab & go it says 2 x Ryvita Dark Rye/Original/sesame then just under it it says 4 x exactly the same.

I guess asking your consultant if you are a group member will give you the answer (if i remember I will ask mine on Thursday)

If you have 2 then it's a speed option or you have 4 as a non speed option. Some of the other HEs are like that e.g houmous can be one amount or half the amount as a speed option.
