SW stir fry Sauce ideas??

How many syns is soy sauce? My nutritionist gave me an idea the other day which involved, garlic, ginger and light soy sauce and it's delish!

I use this roughly

2in piece root ginger
4 garlic cloves
6 spring onions
4 rashers bacon, all visible fat removed
2 chicken breasts
113g/4oz canned bamboo shoots
1 small cabbage and 1 carrot
113g/4oz mangetout
Fry Light
57g/2oz beansprouts
3 tbsp soy sauce
454g/1lb cooked prawns
Salt and pepper

ETA - serves 4!!! so we adpat it and i dont put cabbage in!!

I fry the meat with onion, garlic, ginger, tsp of chinese five spice, mushrooms, spring onion. grated carrot & then add 1/4 pint of chicken stock & let it reduce. All saucey for no syns.
