SWers - Are Ryvita Mini's a Healthy extra??

For some reason I ate a bag of these thinking they were a 'B' but when I have checked on the website it doesn't say.

All it says are they are 5 syns - Please can someone tell me if I have waisted 5 whole syns on those fowl tasting excuse for a snack?

    They are a B choice. And which flavour did you have? I buy the salt and vinegar ones and they're really nice. Not foul at all!

    I had Thia sweet chilli - I will try the salt and vinegar now I know I can use them as a B.
