Table confetti

nutfluff, 2 April, 2008 at 11:45 Posted on Planning 0 4

Hi all,

I was thinking of having our initials in confetti on the tables (along with hearts and 'just married') but I can't find anywhere that sells packs of individual letters - plenty of alphabets. Does anyone know if/where I can get some (or if it's a naff idea). I don't want to spend ages sorting through a big bag of alphabet confetti pulling out all the K and L's!

TIA

I'm sure I've seen confetti that is personalised so that you can have your initials on it & a heart or something. Is this any good or do you want the individual letters?

Confetti do initials in either hearts or thistles if that's any good for you:

Thank you both! I was after the individual letters, but the initials in hearts looks like a good alternative. I hadn't seen them.

We made our own table confetti... we wanted specific shapes in specific colours so we went to Hobbycraft!

We bought the right colour paper and the hole punches we needed and sat and punched through 20 sheets of paper... took a long time and your hand hurts after but it's worth it if you're wanting something speficic.

Make sure though that you get the right paper, (ask at Hobbycraft!) as our venue pointed out if we had bought a different sought of paper if somebody put a wet glass onto it the colour would have seaped through onto their tablecloths.
