table name stands

Do you mean the table name stands on the table that have the name of that table, or the large one by the door that tells everyone where they are sitting?

I just read this thread and had a minor panic - this is something I'd not thought about. Had a look around for some inspiration, couldn't think of anything appropriate to call our tables so have just ordered some chunky free standing wooden numbers from ebay, will paint them white when they arrive and maybe put a bit of sparkle on them.

Hobby craft They are part of there Easter collection £1.29 each and they are wooden so you can paint them whatever colour

Were calling our tables after different caribbean islands weve been to jamaica and antigua and are hoping to go on a caribbean cruise for our honeymoon

My friend is having her wedding at Ringwood Hall this year, she's going for a wintery theme as its near xmas. If you don't mind doing a bit of diy, why don't you buy the plain silver ones, then stick pretty shells onto the stand on the bottom, and a few on the top, then wind a couple of ribbons in you're colour scheme round the stick bit. I think that they will be quite effective and not too expensive to jazz up.
