Myself and my partner have booked in tastings with two different caterers. Is this ok to do and do you pay/ if we decide not to go with one are you usually charged afterwards?
It seems as though people usually pick just one and go to taste with a view of definitely having them... where we were expecting to decide this after we have tried both. The websites for both aren't great either hence another reason why we wanted to this.
