The best thing I can recommend is to get yourself to the chemist and buy some Golden Eye treatment either in drops or ointment, should clear it up in 2-3 days.

Ive always used my grans 22ct gold weding ring and rubbed it a few times a day and Ive never had a sty actually erupt properly yet.
