I hope this post doesn't contravene the rules of the forum! Not intending to advertise the venue, I was just really impressed with the venue...
I covered a wedding at The Bull in Halstead, Essex on Saturday and I have to say I was pretty impressed with the package they offered the Bride and Groom.
Wedding ceremony, meal and evening reception for £1,000 all in. Obviously, you'll need to confirm with The Bull for current prices.
the venue is pretty good for a small wedding, say up to 60 people and the food was as good as I've had at venues that cost 20 x more.
