Printed out guest book instructions which are going to go into a fancy photoframe

Printed out maps / direction from church to reception

Made the kids activity colouring / puzzle packs

    Name my table names

Drafted a table plan / room set up idea

    Generated gift list ideas

    Created table names

Create a list of "must have" photos for photographer

    Created DJ playlist

At work in the school holidays I made my table names, placenames, invites, sweet labels, countless lists and a wedding folder of everything kept together

well I would just be looking thru websites for ideas if i wer you. Then saving the pics of things I like in a wee folder, or print them out and put them in a scrap book! Cos you might find you change your mind about things and ebd up doing it again. A guest list would also be a good start off point.

Are you having favours? You could start putting them together...

You could choose songs to be played during the meal, and whilst the photos are being taken, and maybe burn them onto a disc...

It's difficult to say without knowing what you've done so far, do you have a list of things left to do?

Right, here's a few idea's to get you started:

Things you can do now (that don't cost anything):

    Table plans

    Gift list

CD to play during the meal

Maps/Directions to venue (to put in with invitations)

Things to think about (cost money, but you can start looking for 2/3 suppliers to get quotes from, or just think about what you'd like and make a scrap book of ideas):

    Transport (wedding cars etc)

    Centrepieces for tables

    Flowers

    Favours

    Cake

    Is that any help??

    Lol yeah.

The cake is sorted just go to order at the end of the month.

Flowers are organised by the venue and we meet with them later on in October

Favours are edible to will buy them later.

Centerpieces are teapots with flowers in them. Need to buy teapots.

Transport im struggling with, finding them all very expensive.

Table Plan i cant do yet as i dont know how the tables go exactly

Im going to do a song list

Assuming you have some good software on your machine, such as photoshop or Corel Draw, and some nice papers and card that you can sneak into the printer, then lots of things.

Invites, thankyou cards, table placenames, and games or uizzes you might be thinking of, even if its just for the kids.

You can always jazz things up a bit more later, by sticking glitter, foils, beads or whatever to them.
