They're Filming World War Z in Glasgow Today

I've been an extra in Rikki Fulton's Reverend I M Jolly sketches. Good to see how it all works, but a bit boring to a kid!

I have also been on Blue Peter - my life is complete!

I've never been an extra but I have appeared as a contestant on The Weakest Link and Eggheads. My mate got to "Come on Down" on the Price is Right too and I appeared on that a lot, shouting stuff to her from the audience about the price of salad cream. lol!

How strange to think Brad Pitt is a few streets away from you. Swoon.

I'm not a massive fan of Mr Pitt. He's never really floated my boat. Think i'd be more excited, and probably have called in sick for work if i'd heard Jack Black was in town! But i'm weird that way. ?

It is quite exciting that they're filming in the city though. My friends flat is just up the street from it. Shame she's not staying there just now or i'd been sneaking a peak out the window!

Part of Batman's The Dark Knight (next film) is being filmed in the financial district of Glasgow some time soon too. Suddenly it's all the rage to be filming in Glasgow!

Not personally but my eldest daughter rebecca was in the hovis advert that won ad of the decade in 2008, she is the girl in the bright orange dress with dark hair (about 57 seconds in), it was a great experience watching it coming together, filmed in liverpool with so many people in it!

she was also in a pilot for channel four called 'stacked' with a then unknown karen gillan (amy pond in dr who) but it never came to a series, which was a shame as it was a good story with great characters......she played 'tallulah', funny cos i used to call her that when she was a wee girl.

Not an extra as such, but i was an audience member on the itv2 im a celeb get me out of here NOW show, and mark durden smith had to interview me about Jay from 5 and why i wanted him to win!!!

Oh I really can't stand Eggheads, they are just sooo arrogant, epecially the young guy. Gets on my wick! My mum watches it though, and says she loves it when they loose!

I was only meant to be a stand in in case anyone was ill. You have to take 6 team members but we didn't realise that they pick the 5 that will play. They must have clocked I was the thickest and the made the clever clogs sit out! I felt dead guilty and I got all my q's wrong! lol.
