Hi everyone, I'm a long-time lurker on these forums but I thought it was about time I made myself a profile and joined in the conversation!
I'm a covid bride and after postponing twice (originally summer 2020, then early 2021 and now autumn 2021) I'm finding myself getting more optimistic by the day with restrictions set to lift and the rollout of the vaccine, but there's still very much a worry hanging over me that it could all be taken away at the final hurdle once again.
We completely stopped wedding planning when we postponed the first time, the stress was too much and it was the break we both needed. Now we are six months away from being third time lucky, the stress is beginning to creep back in and it's not just the worry about the pandemic!
How are you finding getting back into the swing of things with planning again if you've postponed because of covid/otherwise?
I'd love to hear from others in the same boat!
