I didn’t know there was a Reddit equivalent, I always use this forum and have found it very useful and as you say kind and supportive.

That's lovely! So glad you've found it helpful. I used another wedding forum first when I was planning and came to this one as it was much friendlier.

I've only just seen this post, but generally, I say I'd have to agree. We're all very different people here, having totally unique weddings, and yet everyone is looking out for each other. It's lovely

Agreed! Reddit definitely has an “elite” feel to it and lots of judging! The ladies and gents who have given advice on Hitched have been nothing but kind xx
