To upscale or not??

We postponed our March wedding to May this year as could not get our numbers down to 5 guests. The numbers for almost a year for Scottish weddings when things were good were always 20 - so we planned out May Day around this and just recently sent out our invites for our 20 guests.

However, yesterday the numbers changed and now we are allowed up to 50 guests. We had sent out downsizing cards for our March guests and don’t want to invite then again and look like idiots going back and forth. What do you think? Stick with our twenty or invite more??

Thank you! I know it’s such a hard choice we have been stuck on our 20 guests for so long now and I’d just hate to say to more people they can come and then the worst thing happens and the restrictions don’t get lifted as planned!!

You are right though people will be used to making changes etc! So just need to try and decide
