Toasts & Prosecco

2013_Bride_, 2 February, 2013 at 20:28 Posted on Planning 0 5

Hi,

Does anyone know how many toast glasses you can get out of Prossecco?

We are having a marquee wedding with a pub helping us with food / drink but they don't really know the answer to a lot of our wedding questions.

Any advice you have on this would be appreciated as trying to work out budget for toast drinks!

Thanks

Hi :0) could be wrong, but I think it's about 8 flutes if they're not too full. Has anyone got a flute to measure ml /glass? Xx

Thanks. Google says 6 so I'll go with 6 to be safe, if its 8 then I guess a few bottles can be spare.

Under weights and measures act, a pub must sell wine in either a 125ml or 175ml or a multiple of one of them. A bottle is 6 x 125ml glasses so most champagne flutes hold that.
