Train

Lucy, 27 April, 2022 at 18:57 Posted on Wedding Attire 0 2
Hi everyone, possibly a really silly question but here goes... I've bought my dress and love it, but it does have quite a bit of (heavy) train, and since the front is being taken up as I'm short it will seem even bigger after alterations. My question is what do I do with the train? I'm having a bustle fitted which I think I will use for the outdoor part of the reception, but otherwise, do I just let it drag along behind me? I don't want it in the bustle too much as it is heavy and I worry about breaking the bustle, but I don't want my dress to be ruined by dragging on the floor!

They should be able to put some pick up loops on the seams so you can hang it on your wrist, but if it is heavy that may be painful. My friend had some loops that the hooked on to tiny hooks sewn in to the back so it kepr it off the floor. Am sure if you speak to them they will have a way to help make it easy
