Trouble my my wedding website

Hiya - looking for some help please with anyone who has created a hitched wedding website.
Im about to send out my invites (telling people to RSVP on the website) and the guest name ‘search’ doesn’t seem to work properly in the RSVP section.
It can’t find some of my guests, which are defo added, and if you search with a first and second name it doesn’t like it - turns back 0 results but if you just search with a first name it finds the guest?! Thinking my guests are going to give up if they have this experience. Has anyone had the same problem or know how to fix it please? Thank you :-)

    Have you added them to the ceremony and reception or just the overview. You may have created them and they are in the overview buy you need to tick which part they are invited to. if no guests showing in there you need to click the Add icon on left hand side and it will bring up your guests and you can pick which ones and add them in from there
