tulle collar - flowers - hit a brick wall!

Hi. I'm doing my own silk wedding flowers. I've put together a small arrangement of really nice ivory silk peonies I like. I really like the look when there is tulle around the back/underneath of the bouquet so I nipped off and got some Tulle (hot pink for the child bridesmaids and ivory for me) . Now I'm a really crafty person and I thought I'd have no problem but now I'm home I've hit a major brick wall. Has anyone got any ideas/any help please?
