Turkish Catering??

Hello Ladies,

I am trying to plan a wedding from the US and am having one hell of a time finding a Turkish caterer. Half of my fiance's family is Turkish and it is my favorite food so I thought it would be easy. Unfortunately, the people we have reached out to do not respond and when they do, there seems to be a huge communication barrier. Another issue is that our venue is a dry hire, so we would need EVERYTHING brought in. Has anyone had any experience with this? We are getting married in London, at the London Canal Museum. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
