I'd go for Cornwall. Might be biased, because that's where our honeymoon was, but it has stunning beaches and scenery, plus great food, culture, history...and it feels like another country.

I would definitely recommend the Lakes! We went to the lakes for a few nights for our engagement and it was so romantic - lovely walks, cost pubs. Plenty of options for accommodation too - a cosy log cabin or a nice hotel :-) Or the Scottish Highlands are amazing too - super picturesque and romantic!

I feel like everyone in the lakes is beautiful! We stayed at Brimstone in Ambleside but it is very pricey. They do have another hotel and some log cabins that are more affordable. I also love Buttermere and Windermere. But I would say look for the right accommodation and anywhere in the lakes will have lovely walks and cosy pubs :-)
