Newbie here! We've found a venue we both love, totally fits in with our informal festival vibe. It's pretty much dry hire with 0 corkage, so the perfect blank slate to do what we want.
The issue . . . It has on site accommodation that needs to be filled for 2 nights. The venue is pretty local, with most guests not traveling more 30 minute drive. It's not a hotel but an informal farmhouse, so our guests would basically be living in a house with strangers for 2 nights. It's £75pp per night.
Whatever isn't booked by our guests would be added to our final balance and we'd need to cover the cost.
Anyone had anything similar? Have you managed to fill the accommodation? We're worried because the total cost of accommodation is £2,700. Which is we end up footing the bill would take a chunk out of our budget.Any thoughts or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
