Venue decor

Hello, we are having a Hindu ceremony and with that comes a lot of extra decor e.g. mandap etc. I’ve got a couple of quotes for decor however they’re coming in at the 15-17k mark. Does anyone have any experience with this as this seems way over what I was expecting to pay!
